This notice explains what information After Hours Education Limited, trading as rounded.education ("we", "us"), collects when you join our waitlist, why we collect it, and your rights over it. We are the data controller for this information.

We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number ZC198439. Our registered address is Wellesley House, Duke Of Wellington Avenue, London SE18 6SS.

What we collect

When you complete the waitlist form, we collect the details you give us:

• Your name and role
• Your school or trust
• Your work email address
• Which parts of Rounded interest you, and any comments you choose to add

We do not collect any special category data, and we do not ask for pupil data.

Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

We use this information to:

• Add you to the early-access waitlist and contact you about Rounded's launch, early access and founding-school pricing;
• Understand which features matter most, so we build the right thing first.

Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see “Your rights” below).

Who can see it

Your submission is processed and stored by our website host and form provider, Netlify, on our behalf. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may use a reputable email provider to send you waitlist updates; if so, your email is processed there solely for that purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until Rounded launches and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever is sooner.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to withdraw consent, and to object to or restrict our use of it. To exercise any of these, email hello@rounded.education. Every email we send you will also include an unsubscribe link.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
