These terms cover your use of rounded.education, this website. They are between you and After Hours Education Limited, trading as rounded.education, registered in England and Wales, registered office Wellesley House, Duke Of Wellington Avenue, London SE18 6SS.

If you hold a BenchMark account, separate terms apply to the application itself: see app.rounded.education/terms. Where the two differ about the application, those terms win.

What this site is

An information site about BenchMark and the Enrichment Mark. Nothing on it is advice about your school's obligations, its inspection outcomes, or its compliance with anything. You remain responsible for decisions you make about your own provision.

What we say about the DfE and Ofsted

The DfE Enrichment Framework and its benchmarks are published by the Department for Education and are Crown copyright. We describe that framework and map our tool to it. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by or acting for the Department for Education or Ofsted. BenchMark and the Enrichment Mark are independent and non-statutory, and holding either confers no status with any inspectorate or government body.

Examples and sample data

Schools named in screenshots, demonstrations and downloadable examples on this site and in our live demo are invented. Fernbank Primary, Ashgrove Primary and Northgate Learning Trust do not exist, and every score, judgement and comment shown for them was written by us to illustrate the product. Do not treat any of it as another school's real return.

Using the site

You may read, link to and share these pages. You may not copy the site's text, layout or images for your own commercial product, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or misrepresent it as your own.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site accurate and current, including anything we say about the framework, dates or prices. We cannot promise it is free of error, and published policy changes without notice to us. If something here matters to a decision you are about to make, check the primary source or ask us.

Availability

We do not promise the site is always available. We may change or withdraw any part of it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website.

For review. The liability position for the paid product, including any cap by reference to fees paid, belongs in the application's terms and should be settled with a solicitor before the first paid renewal.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
